LithuaniaThe Conference brought together over 200 multidisciplinary health and social care professionals, doctors, patients, politicians, share a commitment to improve Multiple Sclerosis care. The Conference was deeply connected with the themes addressed by the Hippocrates project as advances in technology and the pace of change requires healthcare professionals to be innovative and responsive in the delivery of care. The programme of the Conference explored the possibilities for progress in light of political changes in both clinical practice and service development. The Annual Conference provided an interesting and effective opportunitiy for developing health personnel expertise, sharing ideas for innovative practice and networking with other professionals.
